The Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Answer Service System Based On USSD

The rapid development of data service triggers the boom of domestic value-added service greatly. The huge success of SMS impulses the innovation of traditional sevices. At the same time, customers'special requirements gradually change technology application, as well as service design. Missed calls service mainly provide reminders or self-service funtions when the call is unreachable. After several different stages, it shows a rapid growth trend. On the other hand, seldom service can solve the refused calls and impede its development. In this paper, an intelligent, real-time remind service based on USSD is proposed. It aims at providing a timely voice response when a call is refused. The enhancements and characteristics include:serving for the refused calls by the called party; the realization of a strong real-time, interactive service to achieve a simple indirect interaction between the calling and the called party; the emphasis on personal customization of voice messages, allowing users to have personal settings flexibilely. In addition, this service has a sophisticated software system; it can be deployed in GSM network flexibilely. Various functions can be configured independently, which saves a lot of development time for service providers.In this paper, the dedicated scheme of design and implementation is presented in detail. The main contents include:background of USSD and VAS2000 system; requirement analyzing of the service from the service function perspective; general design of the whole system and detailed design and implementation of service logic program; the test procedure of the service, the application and deployment of the system. The last part of this paper gives a prospect for the development of the service.
