With the rapid development of Chinese economy, more and more enterprises are aware of that the focus of market competition is changing from the quality and price of production to the service. Call Center is the client service system which utilizes PC and telephone, improving the service quality and hinging great value for enterprise. Therefore Call Center is considered as the effective means in coming competition by many enterprises.The paper introduces the implementation of mini telephone call center system and the application in the client service system of Changzhou Kegao Microsoft Corporation in detail. The system is designed in term of mode of client/server, utilizing board, improving the performance effectively, and whole the system can achieve function of generic call center system just using one speech board, and accommodate the demand of client service basically, and solve some interrelated problem in the client service system.Firstly, the paper reviews the history, evolution, and meaning of call center system, clarifies the background of research and primary task. Secondly, it describes the essential principle, the whole scheme, and relational technique. Finally, it implements a non-synthesis Call Center system in PC platform, applies it to the client service system, and indicates the achieving goal of the task, prospects the further work.Now. the utility and efficiency of system is approved by application in the client service system in Changzhou kegao Microsoft Corporation.
