Design Of Customer Relationship Management System In Network Environment

Most small and medium companies face the contradiction between the rapid development of business and behind customer information management, traditional marketing methods, such as posters, leaflets and other very cumbersome and bad marketing effectiveness, the most important customer management is traditional manual management, work efficiency is very low, which can not accurate analysis of all types of customers, these are serious constraints to the development of enterprises. With the increasingly fierce competition, in order to improve their productivity and profits, on the one hand, to strengthen ties with customers, and establish a good and long-term customer relationships with customers, to better tap the new information from the customer relationship and found potential customers, on the other hand, the use of the Internet advantage, build their own information site, to allow customers to better understand the business and products information to attract more customers to increase corporate profits.Wangfa door industry company is a developing enterprise in Beijing, an urgent need for a comprehensive information management system to manage the business. In this paper, combined with the actual Wangfa door industry company, referred to the ASP technical and CRM(Customer Resource Management)applications, build a enterprise information website system. In this paper, firstly we do a research on Dynamic WEB technologies and CRM theory, then analysis and design of the system structure and function modules with software engineering methods. The system use ASP and VBScript code to design, and database using ACCESS, mainly realize website information dynamic display and customer information management. The system has two modules summarized as a foreground News Browse and back-office information management, it can display and Browse news in the front-end, and in the background-end,it has customer management, product management, business management and news management functions. The system is small and practical with fully functional,which provides a reference to the company management system for small and medium-sized industrial doors.
