China’s commercial banks, business philosophy has lagged far behind, ranking monopoly of state-owned commercial banks is still a strong sense of superiority, often passively to their survival hopes on the development of government protection and support other non-market means, do not focus on the customer and the customer research value, and actively explore the domestic market, the lack of vision and strategy. Still accustomed to the size of the competition means to fight, fight outlets such as extensive operation, which has been completely suited to the development of today’s comprehensive and innovative financial markets. CRM implementation will bring commercial banks advanced customer-centric development strategy and philosophy, and gradually form a smooth exchange of management information systems and systems running efficiently, and enhance innovation capability development banks.In this thesis, the role and use case analysis functional requirements on the banks of the customer relationship management system analysis are described, while the system is broken down into different modules. Through the data stream bank customer relationship management system is analyzed to determine the framework of the system, while the main core function modules of the system are analyzed and design, the design uses a class diagram and timing diagram. From the code, run the interface and implementation process and other aspects of the implementation of the system elaborated; deployment and testing of the system is analyzed, focusing on the minimum configuration requirements of the system.Through the system tests, the functionality of the system more complete, running in good condition for the bank to handle customer relationship marketing support to create the conditions.
