Our country is agricultural big country, crop quality and yield to the country’s economic development is of great significance. In these respects, the wireless sensor network has a unique technical advantage. It can be used to monitor crop irrigation, soil air change, livestock and poultry environmental conditions and a large area of the surface detection. The use of wireless sensor network construction of agricultural environmental automatic monitoring system, using the same set of network equipment to complete the wind, light, water, electricity, heat and pesticides such as the data acquisition and control of environment, which can effectively improve the intensive agricultural production level, simplify the system complexity, reduce the equipment cost.Wireless intelligent monitoring system of precision agriculture, the agricultural environment for accurate measurement of temperature, humidity, light intensity, soil moisture, carbon dioxide content and a series of data, and the measurement results will be sent in real time to central control unit, central control unit through the GPRS terminal and server are connected with the control, monitoring software, can achieve data real time view, alarm, data record and other functions, so that the relevant departments for greenhouses, farms of various types of information at a time, automatic or manual control. At the same time, with the Internet, all data, alarm information and history query results are in the WAN for viewing, convenient, fast, high real-time performance.Based on the analysis of precision agriculture of our country development present situation, proposed a perceptually based layer WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) and the application layer B/S structure of wireless intelligent monitoring system of precision agriculture, elaborated the sensor network, sensor node, the application layer monitoring software design and development process. Firstly, the domestic and international current situation analysis and system research ideas and needs analysis, then begin to discuss the practical technical analysis selection and Realization of function and safety mechanism. In brief analysis, put forward a system of thought, overall demand, and then determine the system selection, system structure and functional module design. In the functional part, firstly discusses the system platform, a detailed analysis of the various functional modules of the system of business process and implementation method, and then discusses the system of data monitoring and acquisition process realization, finally analyzes the security problems and solutions.
