Recently,with the development of Internet technology,computer technology and the updating of various industrial equipment, it becomes indispensable to realize network and information in the factory of the workshop management system.Firstly, the paper investigats dangerous case which happensin the factory at home and abroad, and analyze the existing defects of facilities, then searches a design scheme to control dangerous case in the first time. According to survey, previous monitoring alarm system existes the problem of short transmission distance and low efficiency. In view of this, in the base of past monitoring alarm system, to its defects, the paper designs the workshop of the alarm system based on ZigBee and GPRS module. This system not only can make up the past defects, and fit the original requirements through the test.And then, the paper compares the existing short distance wireless communication and wireless communication modes. By comparing, the paper chooses ZigBee and GPRS as paper technical support, and expounds the advantages of the two technologies. For this, it established foundation for theoretical foundation of the paper.Next, we design the hardware and software of the alarm system part on the basis of the scheme and the theory of knowledge. Hardware mainly includes monitoring design, Coordination Repeaters and GPRS module design. The former included detection circuit design (temperature detection, flammable gas detection), the single chip design of monitoring stations (power supply circuit, clocking circuit and reset circuit), XBee module design and alarm circuit design. Through the placement of sensor of the monitoring point, we detect combustible gas concentration and temperature, and set up a certain threshold value. The sensor will alarm if combustible gas concentration and temperature in the factory exceed threshold, and monitoring stations will send signal to the coordinator, then send message to managers through connecting the GPRS networks and PC in the way of Short message, and control risks for the first time to descend damage. In this place every room has a switch; worker can break circuit in order to avoid disorder. Software has the modular programming ideas, so it improves the readability of the software itself. In the writing of the software process, we use interface function of concrete hardware operating encapsulation to make the relationship between modules and the system clearer and easier to understand. It is not only convenient to write the program and improves its portability.Finally, paper tests the system from ZigBee and GPRS module, we can see communication clearly between the arrangement, node to join, ZigBee and GPRS module using a serial port debug little helper. And we select an old factory building as the testing site, and connect monitoring stations circuit, GPRS circuit and PC to joint test. The experiment shows that the data of communication is crecort, and can normally alarm. The system is fulfilling with requirement of design, and achieve expected goal.
