Developing continuously along with the times and the humankind, the Media, being as one of types of information and message communication carrier, had been deeply related to your life at any time and at any where. While the science and the technology progressing forward, the Media can never be recognized and sho wed-up by the people just as a piece of news paper, or a TV, or a Radio. At present, the traditional media-News paper is impacted by various new Media in every second, whereas the Financial Media, which differs from that of the Urbanism and the miscellaneous one, it is quite a specialized subdivision, however it also happens to the same homogenization problem as well.The Security Times, appointed by CSRC(China Securities Regulatory Commission) and established with its headquarter in Shenzhen, legally does information disclosing for the listed corporations by playing a role as a financial Media in the even more specialized subdivision market, though it has acquired advantage over the others since it was born at the frontier of highly marketizaitoned reforms and Open-door policy carrying out in China, but it still should be requested for a strategic adjustment and transformation at earlier days by predicting sensitively and making judgment in advance nowadays due to the challenge of competition in the changing market and facing the qualification requirement debased and even disqualification for the Media to disclose the information at the stock market.Through the analysis on the advantage and the disadvantage for Security Times and by discussing how to make a good use of the current resources and the channels and making us to apply to the new environment changing brought with by the new Media, we must adjust and update the commercial mode and re-setup the new strategy to get a solution for dealing very well with the new challenge and the competition in the market.
