Since 2015,with economic growth slowing,the economy of our country has entered a new period,under the new form,the enterprise to gain a foothold,to adapt to competition,promote transformation and upgrading of its industrial chain is imminent.At present,our country has entered the 13 th five-year plan period,the development of the cultural industry is thriving,and the media industry,which is affiliated with it,is in a state of blowout.Nowadays,thanks to the Internet and information technology,the new media industry,which is different from traditional newspapers and broadcasting,is expected to be in the market.The expansion of consumption and the advancement of science and technology have been the deep driving force behind the steady and healthy development of the media industry,and the media industry has entered the golden age.In 2015 alone,the media industry’s market size reached 12754 billion yuan,an increase of 12.3 percent year on year and 5.6 percentage points higher than the current GDP growth rate.This article selects the Media leading industry in our country,Huayi Brothers Media Corporation(hereinafter referred to as "Huayi Brothers"),to adjust its based on value chain each link to explore the financial strategy.This paper begins with the introduction and discusses the significance of this article.In this paper,the case study of Huayi Brothers Media Corporation was analyzed in this paper.The financial strategy related theory and value chain theory of corresponding coupling,in-depth analysis from two aspects of inside and outside the huayi brothers value chain of each link,and summarize the enterprise based on value chain each link the specific content of the adjustment of financial strategy,and do financial analysis,summary analysis of the financial strategy adjustment to the influence of the huayi brothers comprehensive operation ability.Finally,the characteristics of the financial strategy of huayi brothers based on the value chain.Through this study,we can conclude that huayi brothers have been able to adjust their financial strategies based on the value chain,but there are also some disadvantages.Its excellence is worthy of learning from other media companies in our country,and its shortcomings can provide a warning to other media companies.With the rapid development of today’s big data and the Internet,media companies should be rooted in the creation of works,optimizing the value of the industrial value chain and incubating the value of intellectual property.By adjusting the financial strategy,we will improve our comprehensive quality and competitiveness,and promote the development of our culture industry.
