With the rapid development of mobile communications, the launch and the popularity of smart phones and tablet PCs, especially Iphone represented, profound change in people’s lifestyles. All kinds of kill application, such as online shopping, video, music,blog and SNS whick can be used for infromation sharing and communication, depend on the development of wireless network communication technology. From GSM to WCDMA R99, from HSDPA/HSUPA and HSPA+, some key technolgoy such as the introduction of a higher order modulation and efficient scheduling algorithm, enhanced transmission efficiency.In experienced GSM to WCDMA R99version to HSDPA/HSUPA and HSPA+technology evolution, through the introduction of a higher order modulation, efficient scheduling algorithm, enhanced layer two key technologies improve transmission efficiency, ensure the communicationthe speed of both throughput effectively enhance. If without the evolution of wireless technology and without the support of high-speed uplink throughput and downlink throughput, there will not be a good user experience.The introduction and deployment of new technology is not simple execution, the complexity of wireless network coverage and wireless environment led to the requirment that we make sure good wireless environment, which can be able to maximize the performance of the key technologies, make operators build the good performance network, so as to provide customer with better service experience, customer satisfaction, and lead the direction of wireless network technology to keep the business development at high speed.The introduction of technology, the performance enhancements, and customer satisfaction further increase customer’s loyalty and ultimately enables operators to enhance ARPU (average revenue per user) as key revenue indicators. In particular, three major operators (CT,CU,CMCC) have obtained the license of a full-service, have been offering the bundling of the wireless and wireline communications business to increase market share. Operators need to consider the question is that how to make the experience of the wireless network close to the experience of the wireline network. The answer of this question is the throughput rate of the network, of course, including network stability and other factors, but it is undeniable that the throughput is the most that can be intuitive perception to. The latest wireless communication technologies which is the first time of introduced and deployed become the best solution to achieve the above object.The HSPA+technology is a strong guarantee which make sure the competitiveness of the obvious advantage of the WCDMA network in3G technology evolution. Only fully translated techology into the advantages of network and market, the value of HSPA+will be reflected. As what we consider abvoe, the key is the network throughput rate.Therefore, operators gradually introduced and deploy HSPA+to improve network throughput, and enhance the customer experience, consolidate the technical advantages of the WCDMA network to make sure the leading role in the increasingly fierce competition.
