Research And Practice On Rate Optimization Methods Of WCDMA HSPA

With the development of3G technology and the gradual improvement of the WCDMA network, China Unicom3G users in high-speed growth, business growth from voice to HSPA data. For a WCDMA HSPA network, from the planning, construction to later stage optimization, how can we do ensure users’perception in practical applications, to achieve high-speed network, quickly and accurately solve the problems of affecting the HSPA speeds is the important purpose of this paper.This paper makes the description and analysis of the research status for the WCDMA network speed optimization, In-depth study and understands the relevant principles of the WCDMA HSPA, pointed out the factors of affecting the HSPA network speed-rate. According to the Baoding WCDMA networks, through the application of DT\CQT test, KPI analysis and customer complaint analysis, found the existed problems of affect the speed-rate in Baoding WCDMA HSPA networks. Combined with field testing, traffic analysis and complaints of recovery, according to the Baoding WCDMA\HSPA network problems, we developed a set of implementation plans of the overall optimization combined with the specific scene optimization, used the FE, parameter adjustment, Antenna adjustment and other methods to complete the Baoding WCDMA HSPA special optimization for this time. In this special optimization process, it is given in details for the HSPA network interference problems deal with the classification decision, deal with the process and ways, which have achieved good results in practical applications to optimize RTWP self-learning to solve a result of external interference RTWP inflated. Comparison of before and after the special optimization, Proved that these ways can effectively improve the level of Baoding HSPA network and users perception. These proposed processes and solutions can achieve better results in the WCDMA HSPA network optimization.
