Airport Express is an important road from downtown Zhengzhou to Xinzheng International Airport with31KM full length, larger traffic. Customers complain about slower-speed data service, unsmooth mobile TV on the Airport Express frequently. Therefore China Unicom Henan Company made the Airport Express in WCDMA network optimization as a special optimization and required to increase the HSDPA average rate. Finally, from the expand investigation analysis of this item’s problem as well as large of site test, test data analysis, several factors that effect HSDPA data performance have been found. By improve weak cover regional, RF adjustment,23G re-election parameter adjustment, power adjustment, replace for airport high speed of antenna type, adjust community azimuth angle pitching angle, and modify switch parameter layer three filter coefficient developed solutions for improving HSDPA rate have been settled.
