Design And Realization Of Public Bicycle Leasing Management System

As an efficient part of the public transport network, the role of public rental bicycles has been fully understood by the city public transport managers. In recent years, cities like New York, London, Paris and Amsterdam have established their own public bicycles rental system, while Beijing, Wuhan, Tianjin, Hangzhou and other cities in China have also established our own public bicycles rental system. Even before2009, Shanghai established a public bicycle rental system for single region in some area, which bringing convenience to the local public and contributing to the construction of public transport in Shanghai for more than twenty years. However, the origin system, only designed for bicycle rental business in face of single regional users, is a closed operating system. Thus, there are many shortcomings which restricted its promotion and application.With the expansion of the bicycles rental business and the expecting that public rental bicycles will play a greater role in the city’s public transport network, the construction of the public bicycles rental network in Yangtze Delta Region has been planning.How to provide cross-region rental business has become an urgent p roblem A multi-region management system which can support the normal operation of the public bicycles rental system network in Yangtze River Delta region is urgently needed.The passage first discusses the actualities and problems in face of the bicycle rental system for users in a single region, and pointing out the necessity to develop a public bicycles rental management system for wider area or cross-region. Then, it shows that the improved system should be of greater flexibility, which can not only cover the public bicycle management in completely independent region, but also ccentralize the management among them. On this basis, this passage makes model analysis of business requirements and data needs to build the new system, raises the system framework design and expound the system outl ine design process. A series of methods and codes has been enumerated according to the system framework design and the system outline design. Including:the establishment of the procedural framework, base classes, business logic classes, funct ion modules, data communication, interfaces implementation, etc. Finally, the application effects and characteristics of the system were described and prospected.
