| Public transport constitutes an important part of city infrastructure. Applying public IC card to perform public transport management of new forms, especially to ticket payment, will serves as crucial technologically innovational measures in promoting public transport charging, management and city infrastructure service project. When popularizing business, the charging operation plays an extremely important part in public transport IC card system as well as in the popularization. The convenient consuming without convenient charging will only severely restrict the popularization of the public transport IC card system. The existing systems distributing in various service networks and supermarkets use manual work to charge, which not only demand for substantive manpower and material resources, but also have the disadvantage of time limit, therefore it is even more difficult in operation popularization.Along with the startup of Nanjing Citizen Card Project, IC card is provided with functions of multimedia charging and payment operation as well as providing public security information and social security projects, all of which results that the existing systems failing to satisfy user requirement. Nanjing University of Science and Technology participated in the Nanjing City IC card construction, making self-service charging serve as breakthrough point with profound vision, and developed a self-service charging system platform with leading industry level. This paper carries out the research on the basis of this project, bringing forward a novel frame based on some concerning technologies.Charging terminals adopt WOSA/XFS technologies which defines a series of standard API, corresponding SPI and support service interfaces offering access to self-service devices which are based on Windows application, so as that for an communication application system using API and specific SP, no modification is necessary when the SP is changed to another. By developing API, message mechanisms, SPI, support functions, configuration functions, calling mechanisms and service classification, different hardware manufacturers are capable of achieving seamless access to solutions of multi-platform software, realizing the independence in hardware.In management centre, in order to perform the calling by charging terminals, by making use of Web services and concerning technologies, complicated liquidation business are transformed into Web interfaces, in this way can which overleap complex operation process. Web services show no preference when choosing from different operation systems, object models and programming languages, therefore they are easier to become industry standards. Web services are independent of platforms, accordingly enterprises are allowed to expand business by economic means. |
