The serial parts, now is one of the main design tool in mechanical manufacturing.But a kind of efficient, convenient, intelligent, integrated and coordinated series partssystem has always been a difficult problem in the industry. Series parts system’s goalis to save design time and improve the efficiency of the design personnel, and thenachieve a better benefit for the enterprise. Now many mechanical parts haven’t formseries production and are designed according to the specific national standard, whichincreased manufacturing costs. The traditional CAD software is a general software,which don’t develop a special one. This software based on general CAD is calledsecondary development, which develop in accordance with various industriesdedicated module, serial parts is one of them.In order to research and develop an efficient, convenient, intelligent serial partssystem, this paper has carried out a series of research, content including:This paper analysis and points out the use of tools that developed by secondarydevelopment of AutoCAD. Some key technologies about secondary development isdescribed in this article. This system chose ObjectARX technology as the drawingcore layer and VB, VC++as the development language. This paper puts forward acomplete parts development mode based on COM component model,and useobject-oriented concepts to define the internal structure of the parts, improves thescalability of the system, and the maintainability and efficiency of development.Thispaper take the data as a starting point, build the parts structure model based onengineering database, analyses the key technology, establish the overall framework ofthe whole parts library structure and mode.This paper proposed an organization modelbased on the sub parts of parts, compared the various properties of several kinds ofdevelopment strategy. Because the first four is existing strategy, so the last item isgiven the detailed description.The system presented in this article improves theoriginal model of the serial parts of system, puts forward a system framework modelof four hierarchies, and give a detailed design scheme of the outbound model.Compared with the general series parts, it has a large improvement. Practices haveproven this technology scheme has many advantages. It achieves the componentobject model, compatibility and scalability, So it can meet the requirements ofcommercial.Relying on the tianhe PCCAD system, I developed a system applicable tocommercial series parts with cooperation units, use the development tools describedabove, we realized the serialized parts development and optimization. It was provedthat the system meet the design requirements. |
