After before two segmentation algorithm processed, the image background information for interference is eliminated, but retain the target edge. Target limited algorithm can effectively define a target position in images, after have Processed by two image segmentation above mentioned. And it indicates that the algorithm has versatility and universality. Histogram integration threshold segmentation, which has a small amount of calculation can exactly designate threshold of the image, and quickly split partial images or a whole image of large gray value difference between target and background. And the results are not distorted.According to the characteristics of water level gauge, based on visual studio2010C++, this paper realized a system of remote vision water level gauge intelligence watch. The water level value of water level gauge image, all collected in this study, can be gained speedy and exactly by this system. The water level value can be adjusted and displayed.
