With the gradual improvement of the medical security system, more and more people pay more attention to quality of life, also want a healthy body, which provides great opportunities for the development of China’s pharmaceutical industry. However, the opportunities and challenges always exist, economic globalization makes pharmaceutical multinationals to enter the Chinese market, which means Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises are facing brutal competition. Especially those of large pharmaceutical companies, because the relatively large size of their assets, property relations are very complex, capital chain length distribution is relatively widespread, traditional management system has far unable to meet the development needs of these pharmaceutical companies, which highlights the high-tech important position.This paper describes the use of a data warehouse decision to implement a data analysis system for the Double-Crane Pharmaceutical, providing high quality and efficient data analysis services to decision makers. Firstly conducted from four pharmaceutical companies organizational structure, combined with the current status of Double-Crane Pharmaceutical, results based on the analysis of the data warehouse architecture, design, and proposed specific process overall design and implementation of data warehouse. Secondly, the data from the starting pharmaceutical companies, according to the data characteristics, the ETL process design and implement incremental extraction technology, focused on solving the following problems:1.extraction by ETL tools and data storage process is complete and cleaning conversion.2achieved by introducing a delta timestamp extraction problem.Aiming at these problems, combined with the most advanced technology, in-depth research in terms of design, design methodology, key technologies, and the theory and practice of combining the results of all the research applied to specific projects, the successful to build a data warehouse system for the Double-Crane Pharmaceutical. Meanwhile, the paper also points out the shortcomings of the research and proposed future work about intention.
