With the development of Internet of things technology, wireless communication technology, and control technology, the quality of people’s life has been constantly improving, and information technology is changing people’s lifestyle and work habits. Therefore, the remote control system and smart home system have been widely used in people’s life in recent years, and the higher requirements of the performance, power consumption and stability of remote control system have been put forward at the same time. Remote control system is composed of internal network, external network, gateway and terminal application program generally, where the internal network and the gateway are core parts. Zigbee is an emerging wireless communication technology, and this technology has the advantages of low power consumption, low rate, low cost, short time delay and the like, and has better advantages compared with traditional wired network and wireless technology. Therefore, the design of remote intelligent control system based on Zigbee wireless technology has great practical significance and application value.In this thesis, related technology development status and trends of the remote control system were elaborated and analyzed, and deeply researched the Zigbee wireless technology, uCOSII real-time operating systems, gateways and other related technologies. This paper completed the build of the hardware platform, the design of the end node hardware and software, the organization of the internal network, and the development of the main system applications of our system. This system chose Cortex-M3as core processor, equipped with running uCOSII operating system to run application programs, and built an internal wireless network with the Zigbee modules to realize the data acquisition and node control of the end nodes. A remote temperature control and infrared remote control are designed in this paper, and users can realize the remote temperature control of water heater and air-condition through a PC or a mobile terminal, and the system has good real-time, high stability, which achieved our desired design objectives. Because the system used Zigbee wireless networking technology to build an internal network, it is easy to expand other network nodes, so it can be used in remote industrial control areas and smart home areas.
