Until December2013, the scale of China’s internet users reached618million,while mobile internet users reached500million, the latter accounted for81.0%of theformer, we have entered the era of mobile Internet. Wechat, as the representativeproducts of mobile Internet, introduced in January2011, with advances in technologyand the popularity of mobile Internet, has gradually developed into a Multifunctional,multi-media integrated software from a simple set of tools. Now it already had600million users and become a huge entrance of mobile network.The development of Wecha is a continuous improvement process, this articlestarts from the features of Wechat, uses communication, public platform, and Wechatpayment,which are the most classic features, as example, combines communicationand economics theory, to explain how the informations in Wechat communicate, howWechat meets the needs of users, and how enterprises use Wechat achieving precisionmarketing and O2O.Wechat is not the first domestic mobile IM, in the development process, itexperienced fierce competition, although has standed out from other competitors, itstill faces dogged strength from other similar software. Therefore, this articleenumerates some other mobile IM which may pose a threat to Wechat, by analyzingtheir market positioning, strengths, and problems, predicts future trends in the mobileIM market competition.New technologies bring new changes and convenience to our lives, but alsoaccompanied by new problems, Wechat is no exception. With the rapidly growingpopularity of Wechat, its defects and problems are increasingly attracting attention.dissemination of significant event lagging, friends circle information overloading,inadequate copyright protection and fraud using Wechat, have greatly hurt theinterests of the users and user experience.By analyzing the features of Wechat,operator behavior, laws and regulations, and user’s ability to identify frauds, thisarticle summarizes the reason for a series of problems of Wechat, and givespreliminary solutions.
