"Opinion leaders" in the classical concept of communication comes from Lazarsfeld's Two-step Flow of Communication theory, refers to those active in the interpersonal communication activities, active followers around him to provide information and insights of people. With the advancement and dissemination develop of social research, Two-step Flow of Communication theory about spread many questions and amendments, but no one denied opinion leaders'exist. When Internet access to the Web2.0 era, its modes of transmission of human transmission of it was reflected becoming increasingly apparent. The Internet has new media from a shift into a new life platform, the network of social interaction between people can be fully embodiment, "Views-free Market" gradually shape the views of leaders of the network it will also "divergent views" of the discourse environment, the situation should be born under, and quietly changing the network structure of the power of discourse. In the "hide and seek", "fishing law enforcement," "Deng Yujiao case" and so on from the network in 2009 with the hot case, we can see them active figure, rational and just hear their voices. Also because of their pen stopped working and struggling to cry, it makes the public opinion to influence events in the development process, and ultimately contributed to the solution to the problem. Opinion leaders in the network and therefore are more and more attention and recognition.But this is the reality in this context, from the perspective of network communication leaders, opinion leaders of systematic research. The paper systematically the phenomenon of opinion leaders on the network, characteristics, origin, role and relevance of the five areas were analyzed and explained. And in the consolidated results of previous studies, based on innovative opinion leaders proposed network identified five criteria for judging on the Internet forums and blog opinion leaders in the spread formation and its impact force of the research, summarizes the views of the network leaders like the way the traditional views of communication with leaders of the six characteristics of the network because the opinion leaders, from both positive and negative aspects of the network described the role and functions of opinion leaders, and to explore the views of leaders in the network harmonious social construction of meaning.All in all, the network opinion leaders are the inevitable product of social progress, to follow the laws of social development. Their presence on the integration of information resources, social and mainstream values such as communication and enlightenment has very important significance. Therefore, we should strengthen the research network opinion leaders, to grasp the formation and influence of the law to play, and make the correct guidance and a reasonable constraint, give full play to their positive social significance and to avoid its negative effects.
