Therefore, the establishment and design of the development of a variety of network needs to adapt to the network management system is imperative.SNMP protocol is simple, convenient and practical features, I defacto standard for network management-SNMP protocol has been studied and summarized, and designed and developed a Web mode, SNMP network management system.This research work mainly in the following two aspects:(1) combined with the use of domestic and international features of network management system designed by using the JAVA language and SNMP three-tier system technology combined network JAVA framework and management procedures by the four components of the network management system.(2) commonly used for network management configuration management, performance management, failure management, traffic and other modules to collect the analysis and design, and network management system functions were tested.
