As the most important component of the national financial infrastructure and economic pillar, the banking industry is bearing the tremendous pressure and facing the competition situation and rapid growth of customer's request. Through the analysis of own condition and external environments, banks fully understand that the rational allocation of resources can make the banks in coordination and cooperation and maximize the effectiveness to improve the level of financial services, extend the financial field and to satisfy the various and changeable requirements.The process bank means that while operationing various types of financial products, banks should company with the innovation of internal management process, business operational procedures, monitoring processes and the other related procedures. The construction of Process Bank is by the analysis of the original business process to get the operational steps the important principles firstly and by the reorganization and integration of the process to improve the normative and rationality of business secondly to meet the goal of deduce the costs and risks.The processes in banks are much different. Each process may have more steps and very long. However, there is no such a system to coordinate and communicate between the various processes and no uniform service standard in such a big organization. That's why when design and realize the service integration platform has much difficulties. Meanwhile, after studying the domestic and foreign materials, the author finds that the scope of the researches is limited in the theory or the architecture field and is lack of implementation experiences and successful cases for application construction.This article describes the current situation around the service system, organization and management about the China banking industry at first and then gives a research summary about the service integration requirements, running modular requirement, business requirements and system fuctional requirements of the service integration platform combined with the process banks concepts. Based on the research of the key service management function and the summary after requirement analyzing, this author validates multi-agent task allocation model utilizing the multi-agent service management architecture that combined the multi-Agent service selection and scheduling algorithm with the Simple Genetic Algorithm of the decision model At the end, this article is to design the architecture of the service integration platform in process bank, including the core function design, data model design, and give the detail descriptions of the design and realization about the key functions which will provide integrated, complete, simple, fast and efficient service for the process bank.To design and realize the service integration platform in process bank is the utilization of the resources integration and allocation strategy, the best combination of resource allocation and customer demand. To design through the multi-agent technology can effectively improve the heterogeneous platform integration of heterogeneous services and reduce its coupling. Meanwhile, by the decision analysis model technology can effectively raise the process management and collaboration capabilities of the platform. The process bank can gain the competitive advantage, improve the working efficiency, and deduce costs and risks and level up the customers'services.
