As computer technology development and application, it is becoming more than a variety of cards, such as bank,.phone cards, and prepaid cards, and for all the cards for information carrier, in the information capacity and information security, convenience and the increasingly higher requirements presented.in many spheres of the use of smart card with which CPU to improve security.Contactless card using a card in real time within the coil data exchange with the outside world, with no external contacts, high reliability and service life, people increasingly prefer to use contactless cards, contactless cards but susceptible to interference from the external environment, encryption method is simple, less secure than contact cards.In -recent years, The application of contact and contactless card is popular in people's life, there come a new card called dual-interface card which have contact card and contactless card's feature.with the more and more application of dual-interface card, So more-and more dual-interface card integrated CPU will be the next trend.In this paper, a new system design of dual-interface card power management is proposed base on the original contactless card and contact card. The main parts in this paper, which are contactless power management contact power management and dual-interface power management. The whole design is implement with SMIC 0.18urn 2P4M EEPROM technology and designing rules. According to the simulation of each module, the final product through the system to verify the circuit functionality and performance, the results show that all of the designs meet the requirements. |
