Oriented To The Design And Realization Of A Personal Gift Mobile Sales System

Along with the continual increase of personalized customer demand, precise marketing has already been the favor by more and more customers. At the same time, the development of mobile positioning technology and mobile terminals, as well as the integration between mobile communication network and the Internet, has made the mobile sale of gifts more and more strong. In the information society, it's doubtless an inevitable requirement for the customers to acquire the related information at any time and anywhere, and find their favorable gifts in a short time. On the other hand, China owns a huge gift market, thereof; how to expand the gift business, shorten the sales period and provide the better personalized gifts for the customer'choices, has become the important problem to be urgently considered by the gift sales enterprises.Personal customer oriented mobile gift sales system can integrate product information resources fastly and accurately, and fulfill the whole sales process such as order make, supplier choice and logistics arrangement effectively and in real-time, to provide powerful technique supports for gift sales enterprises. This thesis firstly analyzed the operation mode, business process and the main functional demands of the above-mentioned system, and then presented the detailed design solution, which is based on the architecture of E-HUB and the platform of mobile commerce. Some key technologies, such as the system interface and information exchange by E-HUB, the order processing and dynamic negotiation by intelligent Agents, and the mobile Web Services, etc., have also been deeply researched by the author.
