With the development of information technology and the global popularization of the Internet, E-Commerce has already become the main trend of the development of the economic society. It not only changes the competitive strategy, the competitive basis and the competitive mode, shortens the distance of the chain of supply between the manufactories and the customers, but also changes the structure of the market, reduces the cost of the transaction and improves the business efficiency greatly.However, with the scope expense of the E-Commerce applications and domains deepening of the applications, the technology of the traditional e-commerce and its environment face the enormous challenge. As for c/s technology, with more and more system applications and interactions between the manufactories and customers, the burden of the system becomes beaver and beaver and the efficiency of the systems becomes lower and lower. It wastes a lot of resources of the network. Moreover, information is so much that the customers are diffcult to find the perfect commercial requirement. How to enhance the independence, flexible, collaboration and intelligence of the e-commerce systems is the problem which we need to solute quickly. The development of the Agent, especially the intelligent Agent, gives light to this object. Applying the intelligent Agent to the domains of the e-commerce can efficiently solve the problems that arise during the development of the e-commerce, such as resource finding, negotiation and automation of the transaction, etc.The following is The main research work of author:1) We analyse and research the basic theory and the existing system of e-commerce technology.2) We promote the Model design, system, structure, system modules and workflow of the intelligent sale e-commerce system based on Mobile Agent.we implement the intelligent Shopping and automated negotiation functions3) In. NET platform ,we use visual UML based model-driven ECO object-oriented database development. For survival and development promoting E-Commerce enterprise have provided one kind of new approach.
