This paper particularly analyzes several key problems about performance optimization,data access mechanism,calculation opportunity and distributed transmission mechanism during system implementing and puts forward the solutions also. Based on J2EE specification, the system adopts the excellent framework such as Struts,Hibernate,DWR and introduces cloud computing technology. It fills the requirements of the system of expandability and flexibility and shortens deployment in time.
