With the development of information, network and electronic technology, based on practical requirements the virtual systems have developed into a new phase from the original machinery coding instructions to virtual technology. Virtual system is composed of versatile simulation software of electronic circuits or virtual components and instruments realized with computer languages, which can simulate operation of real electronic circuits on a universal computer platform.Firstly, the thesis aims to resolve the difficulty in circuit defect analysis, complexity in arranging circuit components and low efficiency in removing defects. Many of the hardware systems are expensive and limited in time and space, which are also lack of flexibility and limited in service life. This thesis presents a method using software to resolve the problems of defects and inconvenience of hardware systems. The object also involves reducing the development time and cost, realizing the portability and operability and improving the efficiency in study and work.Secondly,the research subject uses digital method to set circuit diagram and remove defects. Classifying the names, status, induced events and precondition of work stored them in the database, intriguing the components with logic equations of key technology and finally conducting setting, analysis, positioning and removing defects through database operation. Through the study on virtual instrument circuit of digital technology, further research is conducted on the circuit of soybean milk machine. Digital processing and warehousing are also done to illustrate that it can be realized in general circuit systems.Thirdly, the thesis focuses on introducing the study and processing of logic and event equations of key technology. The four arithmetic operations of the logic equations are solved with analysis and processing of mathematic expressions. Synchronous operation is realized with multithreading technology. Recursion is applied to make the huge system understandable and clear. Based on the component defect model, the thesis presents the method to automatically generate a defect tree. We decide the logical relation of components through the system flow chart and generate the system defect tree on the research of component logical database. The thesis introduces the random setting defect, defect analysis, component query and the method of defect removing and testing. Man-machine conversation is realized with a friendly interface and the clear conclusion display makes the complex circuit diagram easy to understand.Lastly, the thesis verifying the feasibility and availability through the circuit diagram and logical database and defect processing of jiuyang soybean machine.
