In the field of electronic technology application,the upgrading of electronic products and the accelerating development speed greatly promote the development of digital electronic technology.Therefore,for the design and analysis of digital logic circuits,a more systematic and digital equation analysis method makes the design and analysis of logic circuits more concise and standardized,which has practical significance.The method of equation analysis based on logic algebra theory proposed in this paper is based on the original logic design method,and a series of theorems with logic algebra theory are supplemented.The analysis and design process of digital logic circuit was transformed into the construction and solution process of equation.Before the circuit is put into use,the preliminary design of the circuit is carried out by listing the equations and the correctness is verified by combining with the simulation of computer-related software.In actual production,it can reduce the number of test,ensure the safety of test personnel to a greater extent and save the design cost.Firstly,this paper classified the logical algebraic expressions and summarized the application occasions of each expression in the actual line according to its characteristics.Based on the theory of conditional equality,the logic design methods of digital circuit were studied and expounded in detail.According to the actual digital logic circuit type,they were one-to-one correspondence with the equation types.And the trigger and counter circuits were analyzed and designed for continuous action equations,intermittent action equations and value-varying equations.By the way the circuit is simulated by Multisim software,and the feasibility and correctness of the equation analysis method were proved.Secondly,in order to simplify the operation process of equation analytic method,the concepts of mirror coordinate system and special function were introduced.The mirror coordinate system was studied and improved to become a coordinate system that only represents the binary logic function,and the improved mirror coordinate system was applied to the equation simplification,construction and solution of the equation analytic method and the design and analysis of digital logic circuit.Aiming at the common special circuit problems such as competition and adventure in practical digital logic circuits,this paper studied the special functions such as bridge,sequence and combination which conform to the rules of logic algebra,and solved these problems well.Finally,the equation analysis method was applied to the design of the non-contact sequential circuit of the actual circuit automatic seller and the control circuit of the contact relay controlled by the substation.Multisim and Automation Studio software were used to simulate and verify the circuit,which further verified the feasibility and correctness of the equation analysis method.
