The agriculture and the countryside informationization is one of question effective ways of solving "three agriculture" problem, moreover already became the entire social the mutual recognition. In our country, with the functions of the "Jin Nong Project", "countryside informationization demonstration base construction project" and so on, our country's agricultural informationization construction develops more and more quickly. Therefore, Heze Department concerned has also taken many measures for the agriculture informationization construction. Nowadays, the Internet technology develops day by day, the network has already became the important origin for people to gain and release information. But releasing information on Inernet mainly depends on the website. Therefore, constructing the website is one of the important methods to push the countryside informationization. Using the ASP.NET technology and database to realize the platform construction is one kind of website construction methods.This paper has carried on the investigation to the present situation of domestic and foreign countryside informationization construction, and the key point is investigating the agricultural websites in national provinces and each city of Shandong Province, analysising the column establishment in these websites as well as the content arrangement, summarizing these websites' advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, we focus on discussing the process of developing the website of supply and demand of countryside informationization on the basis of illustrating the ASP.NET technology.Taking Heze as an example, this paper also carries on the database design and the establishment as well as each function module design. When design the platform, this research mainly causes platform realization the functions such as information browsing, information releasing, online searching, interaction exchanging, enables the users to obtain the information which users more cares about such as market quotation, price quotation. The users also enable to release their own information, so they can communicate conveniently. This research goal is for the purpose of attempting to design a better serve platform for the farmer user and facilitate the users use the platform through the investigation and analysis of agricultural informatization service status.The paper divides into five chapters:the First chapter is the introduction, mainly introduce the background of this research, the present situation of domestic and foreign countryside informationization construction development, the design situation of agricultural website in provinces of our country and various cities in Shandong Province as well as the existence problems, the mainly content, the method and the significance of the research; The Second chapter is the platform development idea and the key technologies introduction, mainly includes the correlation concept analysis, the key technologies introduction as well as the superiority; The third chapter is the overall analysis and design of the countryside informationization service platform.In this part, the research mainly analyzes the platform the demand and the localization,design principles this platform must follow, platform architecture and function as well as database design through some farmers' investigation and the local agricultural production characteristic; The Fourth chapter is the main function concrete realization of the platform, mainly introduced in the platform function such as information browsing, information releasing, information searching and backstage management realizations, and carry on the preliminary test to the platform from the platform function, the security and the performance aspect; The Fifth chapter is about summary and outlook, mainly about research summary, as well as prospects for future research.
