The Design And Realization Of Multilingual Countryside Information Management And Issue System

Nowadays, the informationization is tendency of the world economy and social development. A new industrial revolution which is symbolized by informationization is impelling human social development powerfully.The countryside informationization is very important for national economy and social informationization. Xinjiang countryside informationization construction limited by many aspects, such as multi-language, environment and funds, The start is a little bit late, The development is slower compared with some other provinces in China, it has a certain margin. Therefore, the study of Xinjiang countryside informationization construction has Realistic meaning.The article firstly introduces the XinJiang countryside informationization construction status, then studies and analyses carefully existing questions and feasible countermeasures in construction, On the foundation, according to the requirements of XinJiang countryside management information system, I used Eclipse as the development tool, adopted MVC model and J2EE enterprise application programming standard, developed the countryside information management and issue system,which has three subsystems :business management subsystem, the village public service subsystem and the information issuance subsystem .The system has realized multilingual operation interface like Chinese written language and Uygur written language. It has solved many questions of bidirectional characters left and right in a set of system, for example, display and edit at the same time. It has also solved immediately switched technology question in the multilingual operation interface. After debugging in the scene, it has achieved the design requests. The system development produces far-reaching effects for promoting the national minority area informationization construction.
