Reading is the most vital way for people to absorb knowledge. Traditional paper books are the most popular way for reading in people's life. However, with the dramatically development of society and technology, there are many digital medias allowing people to get information and reading. Here is a good example, IP AD, serving as a tablet personal computer, is a new digital reading media, tablet personal computer break the traditional way of paper reading, it also brings a new reading concept for modern people's life.Because the structure of Non linier information communication is more like structure of human brain, it has became an significant as well as indispensable part in people's life. In the modern society, economic experience is a new concept accepted by many and more people. Actually in the practice, it has became a new trend of design.Thus, this thesis will adopt IPAD digital book as a example, to study the historical development of digital books, further to research the relationship between information communication and digital book design and experience. The goal of this thesis is summarizing the digital book design principle, which might benefit for future designers. Compared with traditional books, digital books are more interactive, and have higher capacity. Thus, how to express these advantages of digital books, researching plenty of outstanding design projects and the thinking of previous designers, this thesis will further analysis and discuss this issue, and the final goal is try to find a new interpretation of digital books.
