The motor intelligent automatic controlling technology is an important part of power integrated technology.It is widely used in the field of industry,auto-mobile and consumer electronics.It has great meaning to design and produce even more miniaturized and intellectualized motor driving circuits.An H bridge motor driving circuit is designed in this dissertation.During the research,four sub-blocks of the H bridge driving circuit designing and the high power BCD process developing were finished.After the circuit taped out on the process developed,the H bridge driving circuits packaged in two types were tested.The two modes basic principles of the H-bridge driving circuit are given in this dissertation at first.Based on the theory,the property of the H bridge this dissertation designed was proposed. The circuit accepts a wide input supply voltage range from 12V to 55V,gives a serial current output of 2A.The circuit features in integrating the protection against over current,over heat,latch up at low voltage and current sense.Then,the design of four different function sub-blocks were completed,including the reference circuit used to generate the internal supply voltages and bias signals,the current sense circuit used to monitor the chip outside,the over current protect circuit used to protect the chip when the current of DMOS is too large,the bootstrap used to drive the high side DMOS.As the H bridge driving circuit need kinds of devices,such as the CMOS devices used in the logic circuits,the bipolar devices used in the power amplifiying circuits and the DMOS devices used as the power switches.At the same time,the BCD process was developed on the requirement of devices.Finally,circuit layout,circuit package and circuit test are completed with other members.This dissertation is a production of circuit principles,circuit simulation,process simulation,layout designing and testing.The test results of the devices and the H bridge motor driver indicate the satisfaction of the requirement and prove the principle analysis of the circuit design and the process design are correct and feasible.
