The motor intelligent automatic controlling technology is an important part of power integrated technology. And the motor driving circuit is widely used in the field of industry, auto-mobile and consumer electronics.An H-bridge motor driving circuit is designed in this dissertation.During the research, the author designs and simulates four sub-blocks of the H-bridge driving circuit.At first, the dissertation gives the two basic principles of the H-bridge driving circuit.Based on the principles, the author proposes the performance indicators, the design principles and the overall framework of the H-bridge driving circuit. In this paper, the H-bridge driving circuit has a wide input supply voltage range from10V to80V, gives a stable current output of3A. And this circuit integrates the protection against over current, over temperature, latch up at low voltage and current sense.Then, the author has completed the design and the simulation of four different function sub-blocks. The reference circuit is used to generate the internal supply voltages and bias signals, the oscillator circuit is used to supply a high frequency, the chargepump circuit is used to supply charges to the bootstrap circuit, and the bootstrap circuit is used to drive the high side DMOS. In this circuit, many kinds of devices are needed, such as the CMOS devices used in the logic circuits, the bipolar devices used in the power amplifiying circuits and the DMOS devices used as the power switches. According to the requirements of the circuit, combined with the isolation of the high and low voltage devices in the high power BCD process, the author selects some kinds of devices. Finally, the circuit and the layout are completed by author and other members.This dissertation is a production of circuit principles, circuit simulation and layout designing. The simulate results of the H-bridge motor driving circuit prove the principles analysis of this circuit design are correct and feasible.
