The Realization Of Railway Bureau Labor Wage Statistics System And The Optimization Of Database

Since 1990,the China Railway Administration has successively organized and developed a number of railway bureau labor wage statistical systems.However,due to the continuous changes in the Railways Ministry policy on wage statistics,the corresponding report styles and statistical items have also been continuously changed.So far,the railway bureau has no unified labor wage statistical information system.Therefore,in response to the national call,the Twelfth Bureau of China Railway Administration took the lead in starting the development of a railway bureau labor wage statistical system,using computers replace manual to operate efficiently,reducing the workload of labor-statistical personnel,and promoting the flourishing development of enterprises.This paper has successfully developed a labor wage statistical information system suitable for the needs of railway bureau users by studying various domestic and foreign wage statistical systems,combining actual development experience,and taking the existing railway bureau labor wage statistical system as a reference,and using the jeecg intelligent development platform.The system mainly manages the employees information,salary data,and employees emptrans(increasing employees,reducing employees,calling out employees and receiving employees)of 85 stations and depots under the Taiyuan Railway Bureau.Especially these salary data are summarized and reported at multiple levels in the form of report statistics.The system is developed in java and uses My SQL as the database.At the same time,due to the large number of railway bureau employees,there are also many salary statistics items,of which the statistical items in the report can be up to 912,which causes the front desk report to load very slowly,causing database lock table problems,resulting in system freezes,finally affecting customer experience.So in the system development process,database optimization must also be carried out by opening slow queries in mysql,using Query Profiler and other methods,positioning sql statements that slow down the entire stored procedure.At last,the purpose of successfullyoptimizing the database is achieved.The system is mainly based on statistics,summarization and reporting of railway bureau employees salary data,which contains a total of 43 statistical reports.The system has overcome many bottlenecks of past wage statistics.Through field research,combining with user needs,many new functions have been added that are lacking in the current labor statistics system.At the same time,the users' goals have been met on ease of use and scalability.
