The continuous construction of large commercial office buildings and large residential buildings in recent years as well as the continuous development of IT integration technology, network technology and field bus technology has been improving the rapid development of intelligent system constantly.In an intelligent building, water, electricity and gas are indispensable conditions for the routine operation. However, for the property management company, manual check of the energy consumption readouts of all the users and equipments is a hard job in every month. Large quantity of manpower and material resource has to be invested. To resolve the problems of automatic acquisition, record, analysis and report form for water, electricity, gas and heat in intelligent commercial office buildings and intelligent residential buildings, a set of"intelligent building energy monitoring system"is designed, which integrates all these independent meters into a complete management platform. It can realize the acquisition and management of the energy consumption data, improve the energy consumption management level effectively, and facilitate the user's comprehensive management of the energy consumption in the building.This article discusses the design and realization of the intelligent building energy monitoring system in detail. It also, in allusion to the features and situations of current building energy consumption, discusses the whole process of the design and realization of the intelligent building energy monitoring system in detail. This article analyzes as emphases the key issues such as acquisition and verification of energy consumption data in the system, energy consumption of equipment, bill of energy consumption of the user, report form of energy consumption of equipment, etc. The communication protocol interface, the acquisition of energy consumption data, the data format conversion and the relevant system analysis functions after acquisition of energy consumption data are also analyzed as emphases. Gateway technology, database technology and report form analysis technology are used to resolve the building energy consumption analysis management problems.
