Especially for Art Majors, situation will still be harder. In the current severe employment situation, the employment of college graduates has become the focus of the society. How to increase the employment rate of graduates and how to increase working efficiency has become the focus of universities.In recent years, the employment data of Guangxi Arts Institute handled by Office software. It is hard to count the employment rate of graduates by Office software. And the employment data of students has become InformationIsland. The School Leader can’t gain the basic employment statics of graduates; it is hard for them to instruct the employment work.Thethesisbased on the requirement of employment instruction center in Guangxi Arts Institute, discusses the analysis and design of the system, the current situation of employment systems, the development of employment systems, workflow, functional structure, and so on.The thesis discusses the key technology and theory which use in to the design of graduates employment system. The system designs by three-layer structure, using AJAX and CSS, and develop by ASP.Net. The database of system is SQL SERVER2005. The realizing of system makes the benefit of communication between graduates and company, and makes the employment work more efficient, more standardized and more scientific.
