The main purpose of this paper is to establish a sound, efficient and reliable hotel business information system that can provide good information for the hotel environment. Management information systems including employee information, guest information, room information, the system provided the information is appropriate query, save, update and delete functions.Based on the requirements analysis, the paper design and implementation of systems is researched. Structure of the system based on ASP technology, Dreamweaver, and SQL Server 2000. The main function modules implemented include: staff management, parameter management, room management, guest management, billing management, accounts management module that six, mainly for the hotel's daily service management. Finally, to ensure the quality of the system, the system test process of the research and practice. System testing uses of black box testing mainly, the use of a representative case of each function module to be tested. From the test results, the system better accomplished the intended target.
