Based On The Wireless Network Video Surveillance System Design And Realization

In recent years, Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) has been found to be widely used in all kinds of fields. Among these, the campus wireless network based on WLAN has been developing even more dramatically. The present study aims to do research on the design and realization of wireless video surveillance system based on WLAN.The thesis firstly provides a review of video surveillance techniques, mainly reviews its advantages and referred key techniques, such as Video Coding, wireless network standards and wireless communication security. Secondly, the thesis analyzes the possibility of designing and realizing of wireless video surveillance system, including the campus'emergency needs and monitoring systems'functions. After that, the detailed design of campus wireless network is presented. Finally, the key of this thesis is about the design and realization of video surveillance system based on campus wireless network.About the design of monitoring system, the thesis goes according to the following process. Firstly, do further research on the application background. Then design the structure of system according to the collected information. After that, begin to install and adjust the system. At last, run and test it. Finally, based on the data, the thesis continues to analyze its advantages and existing problems as well. Hopefully, the results will be helpful for further research.
