In recent years,as the economy continues to develop in Jiaxing,more and more native population to live and work in Jiaxing.As the floating population increase,it has posed a serious challenge to the social security administration.In order to create a more civilized and safer urban environment.Video surveillance requirements of the city's key areas(Industrial Park/Commerce Square/Park/Campus)continue to improve.In addition to high-definition video,monitoring point's deployment environment is also more and more restricted.It has brought constraints to the development of video surveillance.This thesis analyzed and studied the campus environment,and solve related problems.Thus it has brought beneficial effects to the development of video surveillance.It provides better protection for construct a safe city in Jiaxing.In this thesis,it is based on security video surveillance system in Jiaxing.To design and implementation of video surveillance in Campus.The main content of this thesis:a: Considering the campus environment and cost of investment.The issue of do not allow overhead Line and excavate pipeline in the ground.So it was adopted that design and implementation of video surveillance system based on wireless network.To utilize dedicated line of the telecommunications to school,and deploy access switch in school,and than deploy wireless AP to achieve network coverage.b: It features a variety of front equipment for the system design process.Based on the principle of a unified standard to access video.Through the SIP protocol,RTP/ RTCP protocol,RTSP protocol and streaming media technology research,to complete modular design that front equipment access system platform.To achieve a unified access to multiple devices.c: Considering that the system can be used in many campus environment,and the maintenance of large-scale development has brought complicated.Through architecture C/S structure and B/S structure combination,to Design and development a maintenance management module of video surveillance system.Enhance the effectiveness of the system maintenance.Finally,this design of video surveillance systems for testing and inspection.Comparative description of the type of effect of the system before and after analyze,interpret results of this design.
