Based On Virtools Technology Of Three-dimensional Network Roaming Campus System Design And Implementation

The aim of this project is to develop a Virtual Campus System for Changsha Civil Administration Academy of Fine Art. So far, the function of the three-dimensional virtual digital campus system is still simple. Due to the huge amount of data, this system becomes too slow to fulfill the requirement of becoming a platform for network communication. It is the background for our Three-dimensional Campus Roaming Network System Based on Virtools Technology. In this project, we studied the function of roaming campus, the optimization of three-dimensional model data, the link of database on the three-dimensional roaming network platform, multi-user communication, and the technology of virtual training.1. We studied in detail the existing technology of how to present virtual reality, analyzed different applications of how to present virtual reality. Furthermore, according to the features of Virtools, we designed the Three-dimensional Campus Roaming Network System of Changsha Civil Administration Academy of Fine Art.2. We studied in detail the development tool of three-dimensional model database that was organized by Sketchup+3Dsmax, developed a three-dimensional model database for Changsha Civil Administration Academy of Fine Art.3. We studied in detail the technology of the optimization of three-dimensional model data, tried to establish a model that would be as real campus as possible, meanwhile, fit for network.4. We studied in detail the specific image of a virtual campus under Virtools. There would be particular description of the landscape, architecture, and interiors in this paper.5. We also creatively added the virtual function of practical training in this Campus Roaming Network System. It enriched the functions within this system, placed stress on practicality.6. We studied in detail the application of PHP+mysql on this three-dimensional virtual digital campus system. It would be easy for uses to save their digital information. Finally, it is the technique of web framework that successfully solved the problem in Virtools in which we could not input Chinese. It increasingly reinforced the function of communication between users.7. We studied in detail the roaming function such as map program, role program, camera program, material loading program, switch of scenes program, switch of roaming methods program, and so on.The three-dimensional virtual roaming campus must be a digital campus information platform, which is built on a platform of network. It can present many kinds of functions such as the real landscape of campus, information communication, virtual interaction, education practical training. At the same time, it can run smoothly through network. Thus, this system would be really valuable with vitality.
