Charging students work is one of the most important parts of the financial management in university. It is essential in building modern university in computerized the information management of student fees and networking the charging work. Therefore, we focused on the practical situation of charging students work in Chengdu Electromechanical College, and developed the information management system of charging students in university.It proposed a system that based on C/S model student fees management information system through researching the characteristics of student fees information management system in Chengdu Electromechanical College. And now, it has been realized. First of all, let me introduce the purpose, meaning and the main content of the research. Then we will analyze and design the student fees management system based on introducing the technology of the system. Finally, we can realize the system. The system adopts client/server mode structure, and uses PowerBuilder 9.0 for front development, Oracle 9i for background database development.There are many characteristics in the system such as beautiful interface, flexibility and high security of data. It has been put into use in Chengdu Electromechanical College accounting. It is running in good condition and has got good feedback from customers, which has achieved expected target. The development and application of the system reflects the direction of the development of the automation and information for the current student fees management. This system has improved the level of management of the student fees, and has increased the efficiency of school fees in Chengdu Electromechanical College. For some extent, it has a lot of commercial value.
