| Management Information System (MIS) has functions of: arranging the production reasonably, increasing the production efficiency, reducing the cost of production, improving the service quality to the clients, raising the level and diathesis of management, enhancing the competition ability of the enterprise. It is an advanced tool for the enterprise and an important field of the development of management subject. It plays a very important role in the development of the national economy and the effective running of the enterprise. The research of this paper is based on the development of Management Information System of System Reform Office in CAC (Chengdu Aircraft Industrial (Group) Co. Ltd).Firstly, this paper compares the popular methods in MIS development and clarifies their advantages and disadvantages. Then, a comprehensive method, which combines Structural Systems Analysis and Design (SSA&D) with Prototyping, is adopted to develop this system considering its own characteristics. On the basis of analyzing the business requirements, data requirements and data collection of System Reform Office in CAC, the database is designed and established.Considering the characteristics of this system, the paper researches the safety of MIS. The security strategy model of MIS, which is provided in the database level and in the application level to the user, is established in this paper. The technique of dynamic network data issue in B/S mode is discussed and ASP technique in network data issue is also introduced at the same time.At the end of this paper, the developing and running environment of this software is described, the subsystems are divided and their functions are designed. The realizing procedure of some important functions of this software is also discussed. According to the development of the system, some important problems, such as the automatic drawing of organization chart and group chart, the realization of FTP transfer in PB and data concurrency control, are also discussed. |
