Erp System Architecture Design Based On Workflow Technology

The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is more and more widespread applied by large and medium-sized enterprises in recent years, which enhances the overall management efficiency and the competitiveness of market and the information system of enterprises represents the modern and advanced management model and technology. For the process of management, the workflow system is quite maturing technologies at present. As key technology oriented the process, the workflow system has been widespread applied in various information management systems.Not only the workflow technology and the principle are studied by this article but also the ERP system and its development history have been studied, the problem which existed in present ERP system is seriously analyzed, and the traditional ERP systems are improved by combination of traditional ERP systems and workflow systems, we come up with a more general solution of the ERP system based on the workflow , the business processing capacity of the ERP system is enhanced by fully using of the workflow ,A ERP architecture based on the workflow technology has been given. A ERP system is based on workflow, configured and reconstructed, in which users can flexibly adjust process according to the changes of enterprise business process, which meet the real-time needs of the enterprise, In the workflow managing system and based on the basis of the components developing, the module function of the ERP system based on the workflow has been carefully analyzed, The corresponding workflow data model has been designed , the designing scheme about the engine of workflow is studied ,the relevant database model and main management code of the workflow have been given, the method of defining procedure and workflow modeling have been studied, the flowcharts of customizing process and form have been designed, the flowcharts of production plan module have been designed, the advantages, risk and the prospects of the ERP system based on the workflow patterns have been analyzed.
