| The design and implementation of the Office Automation System (abbr. OA) adopts the Internet/Intranet technology, and is based on the concept of work flow and centered by computer. OA conducts design research on the aspects of development environment and techniques adopted, product mix, software architecture, business process design and workarounds, page flow overall design and datasheets design. The system also employs a selection of modern office equipments and advanced communication technology to collect, settle, process, store and exercise information widely, entirely and rapidly. It helps enterprise insiders share information easily and quickly, as well as achieve the goal of efficient cooperative work. The system changes the old complex and inefficient manual office work method and services the scientific management and strategy making, in order to achieve the aim of enhancing administrative efficiencyThis thesis paper employs the Browser/Server (B/S) three-layer architecture to design a OA system for the JOYGPS Marketing Communications (Abbr. JOYGPS), based on the description of Office Automation technology development background at present, and combined with the business process demand analysis of JOYGPS. This paper also explains in detail of the implementation process of the system requirement analysis, design and enforcement of the function module.In view of the base of software engineering, the development team undertook the feasible study of the JOYGPS OA system, selected the type of database and development platform, designed the functional module and program run process, developed the sub-module and dealt with program binding, and finally tested the system by Black-box Testing. |
