At an age when online courses continue to develop and Web2.0technologies are universally applied, classes have transformed from Comenius’s "class system" to today’s teaching organization of "complementary fusion of reality classrooms and virtual classrooms". Therefore,"virtual classrooms" are produced and become one of the hot fields of researches on educational technology. The so-called virtual classes refer to:online teachers and online learners as the subjects, the platform of online courses as the space, to conduct new learning organization of activities of online teaching and learning. As one of the main activities of the virtual classes, knowledge sharing refers to the members of virtual classes share knowledge synchronously or asynchronously through various channels (media, interpersonal) in virtual classrooms. However, evidence shows that activities of knowledge sharing in virtual classrooms still have a lot of problems. For example, the will of the shared main are weak, their capacity are poor, their sharing quality is not high and so on. These problems are the reasons why knowledge sharing activities in virtual classrooms are not well carried out.Ecological education as an ideal educational ideas rise gradually. It attempts to change the tradition of human behavior, advocates harmonious interaction between people and the environment, tries to provide a new idea to solve the imbalance between education ecosystem and environment. In fact, the problems of knowledge sharing activities in virtual classrooms are the problems between the subjects and environment. In order to solve this problem, this paper examines virtual classrooms from the ecological point of view, takes it as an eco-system composed by the online learning subjects and virtual learning environment in around the subjects. Finally, the author analysis the problems of virtual classes from the perspective of ecology, finding out the problems are mainly the disorders between the structure and function of the shared subjects, obstruction of physical environment, failure of the flow of social energy, restrictions of the transfer of regulatory environment information and other phenomena. All these problems result in imbalance of knowledge sharing in virtual classrooms. On the basis of relevant literature, the author summed up the ecological principles of virtual classrooms the processes of knowledge sharing. What’s more, the paper analyzes the subjects:knowledge sharing behavior among knowledge producers, consumers and decomposers, the impact of "ecological factors" which affects their behavior and the environment of knowledge sharing. Then, strategies on improving knowledge sharing in virtual classes are put forward on the basic laws and ideas of ecology, the ecological problems existing in the virtual classrooms and the principles and processes ("the knowledge generation and presentation","knowledge transfer","the reception of the internalized knowledge") of knowledge sharing activities in virtual classrooms. The part of the design of policy and implementation is based on an online courses-" integration of information technology and curriculum"of a freshman majors in educational technology in Zhejiang Normal University. The study is conducted through the curriculum and knowledge sharing activities. What’s more, it involves the strategies put forward. The target is to build an ecological knowledge sharing activities among material recycling, energy flow and information transfer. The results of tests are based on the two main parts of the process of knowledge sharing: the interaction between the knowledge base and interpersonal interaction, combining with the four forms in virtual classrooms:advisory, discussion, resources building and job sharing. What’s more, it takes the factors influencing knowledge sharing into account and summed up three dimensions of the contents of the evaluation criteria:participation, interaction degrees, recognition and to determine the secondary indicators. Finally, by observation, social network analysis, investigation from the perspective of frequency, density, point into the central potential point, point out the central potential and CARS indicators to analysis of these three dimensions, tests to verify the validity of the strategies.
