Under the market economic system, graduate education is not the compulsory education but " quasi-public product " and graduate student himself is one of the main beneficiaries of graduate education too. Implementing the cost to compensate will accord with the principle that the educational cost shares. Except that the quality helping the graduate student to train improves, making the distribution in the whole society of public education funds more fair , it can also remedy the deficiency of education funds , expand the scale of graduate education.After compensating ,the cost in graduate education will affect some families adversely . But if have a effective measure to poor student related subsidy policy, the policy can not exert a negative influence to society. Its implementation will promote the change of graduate education operating mechanism, thus drive the reform of every system of graduate education, promote the developing in a healthy way fast of graduate education.In order to analyze conveniently, besides qualitative analysis , this text also adopts the quantitative analysis method . Through structuring the mathematics model, this text calculates out, under the current condition , the Master has charge space at 26920 yuan highest every year. According to the normal school age to calculate, it can regain investment at 32 years old and the average annual income is 15421 yuan. The investment yield is 19.3%. Furthermore, the doctor's charge space is 4303 yuan every year.After the compensation modes of Japan , Australia and U.S.A. in comparative analysis, this text thinks our country, besides strengthen the dynamics of student loans and implement mixing compensation mode, should also levy graduate's tax or talent's royalties tentativly...
