With the reform and development of the vocational education in our country, the tertiary vocational education has expanded in its scale. In order to solve the difficulties in its financial expenses and meet the increasing requirements for the vocational education from the people, our country has gradually stepped into the track of share and compensation in the training cost. This article, with the reference of the latest research to the fields of share and compensation about the training cost in the higher education and tertiary vocational education both at home and abroad, on the basis of the real facts of tertiary vocational education of our country, tries to carry on the research to the share and compensation in the cost of vocational education by the way of the combination of forecast and reality, theory and practice as well as the synthesis and innovation.Firstly this article discusses the structure of the training cost in the line of tertiary vocational education with the respect of the basic function and resources wastage. I have tried to circle the relevant concept about the training cost and its share and compensation of the tertiary vocational education, analyzed the theory grounding for the cost share and compensation carried on by the tertiary vocational education and the basic rules abided by, namely beneficial, affordable and other rules, and so on.Secondly this article analyzes and proves the necessity and possibility of the cost share and compensation to the tertiary education from many aspects. I have demonstrated the uprising data trend to the ratio in the cost of higher education shared by the individual in our country by analyzing the actuality of the cost share and compensation to the vocational education. The charge for the high education in our country has reached to the upper limit. Although the cost shared by the enterprises and society has shown the little increasing, this ration is still on the low level. The earnings made by the colleges and universities, which take advantage of themselves, are still on the low level as well. Finally, this article analyzes the existing problems and their reasons to the cost share and compensation both in the higher education and tertiary vocational education.Based on the above, this article tries to circle the model, the method and the ratio of the cost share and compensation for the tertiary vocational education in our country. It's suggested that the reasonable compensation model for our tertiary vocational education be the one that the main compensation will be done by the government and individual and the supplement done by the enterprises. As the main body of the training cost share and compensation for the tertiary vocational education, students, government, enterprises, vocational colleges and the society will bear on certain ratio of the compensation and carry on the compensation in the relevant method so as to boost the healthy and steady development of our tertiary education.In the end this article, with the new angle of view, put forward the basic rule to make the share and compensation of the training cost in the tertiary vocational education sound reasonable from the following five respects, strengthening the function of the main channel so as to guarantee the yearly increasing investment to the tertiary vocational education and create a boosting space for the tertiary vocational education, timely adjusting the old thought of the educational cost share and constructing a new system for the scientific and reasonable cost share and compensation, including the proper control of the tuition level, the maintenance of the steady individual compensation ratio, the make-out of the reasonable tuition level, the exploration of more channels for inviting investment and the emphasis on the cooperation with the enterprises and social castes and so on, planning and constructing the macroscopically imbursing system so as to build up the imbursing system for students all-around, develop the legal regulations to imburse the poor students and perfect the imbursing system for the whole tertiary vocational education, relying on the social power so as to share the training cost, and vigorously supporting the private education by the way of increasing the channel of individual investment, issuing the educational bond and actively explore more investment channels for tertiary vocational education.
