With the development of society more and more quickly,the requirement of talents are getting higher and higher,to improve the comprehensive quality of students has become an important goal of China’s basic education.The inquiry teaching mode is different from the traditional accepted teaching mode,it takes students as the subject of learning,the study of knowledge is through the exploration by themselves,it is helpful to improve the comprehensive quality of the students.Physics is an experimental science, almost all the laws of physics are obtained by experiment,ask students to go scientists’ “the voyage of discovery”,undoubtedly it will deepen the understanding of the laws of Physics,cultivate the scientific spirit.Therefore the author apply the inquiry teaching mode to the high school physics experimental teaching and after half a year’s teaching practice,achieves remarkable results.Firstly,the author elaborate the importance of the inquiry experimental teaching in the high school physics teaching and the current situations at home and abroad,next offer the three theoretical basis that the article is based on:Bruner’s discovery leaning theory, the humanism psychology leaning view and the learning theory of constructivism.Then define the concept of the physics inquire experimental teaching,clarify its basic principles and objectives.Next,focus on the definition,basic requirements,implementation steps,the problems that should be attention to in the implementation process of the inquiry demonstration experiment,the inquiry student experiment in group and the experiment research,combine the actual cases in my classes during the internship,and investigate them.Then,the test class and the contrasting class are respectively adopted the inquiry teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode,after half a year’s practice,apply the questionnaire survey method and the test method,conclude that applying inquiry teaching to the high school physics teaching can improve student achievement,stimulate students interest in learning.Finally,summarize the achievement and limitations of the subject.
