With the improvement of national attention to basic education,teachers' teaching skills are getting more and more attention.Physics is the main course to cultivate students' experimental inquiry ability,innovative thinking,scientific inquiry consciousness and scientific literacy.Physics normal students are the main force of physics teaching in the future.In order to achieve the goal of cultivating and improving the scientific literacy of middle school students,physics teachers must have good experimental teaching ability.Therefore,it is urgent to cultivate the scientific inquiry ability of normal students.This paper pays attention to the scientific inquiry ability of normal school students mainly based on the inquiry experiments.In the theoretical part,through the analysis of the existing literature,this paper expounds the definition,characteristics and classification of the concepts of physical inquiry experiment,experimental inquiry ability and pre-service physics teacher,and takes "compulsory Education Curriculum Standard"(2011)as the main basis.It is concluded that normal school students should have the ability to guide students to put forward questions,conjectures and hypotheses,to design experiments to operate,to collect and process experimental data,to analyze and demonstrate,to evaluate experiments and to manage experimental courses.In the part of practice,combining the teaching practice of normal college students,and the course related to teachers' skill and physics experiment in middle school,the author analyzes the students'ability of exploring experiment by means of observation method,case study method and action research method at the present stage.The shortcomings of its ability to explore experiments are summarized.Finally,the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the problems of normal school students:enhancing the consciousness of scientific inquiry of normal school students by watching video and conducting educational probation,further classifying and standardizing the operation flow of physics inquiry experiment in junior high school;making the score table of physical inquiry experiment ability,strengthening the process evaluation,and providing the template of experiment inquiry guide book.
