The mature period of teachers refers to the novice teachers after several years ofteaching practice, has made obvious progress in teaching, in order to realize the normalteaching procedure skilled teachers. Continued development means that they need to betransformed into expert teachers. Mature teachers are the backbone of school teachers isthe key to the quality of teaching, school education can improve the stability, and thereality is mature teachers are faced with many problems, leading to many teachers atthis stage, lack of motivation to continue to develop, and even the emergence ofoccupation burnout. Therefore, the author thinks that in order to reduce the maturity ofteachers occupation burnout, need from teachers’ occupation accomplishment proceedwith, to promote the professional development of teachers will be conducive to theachievement to promote teachers’ occupation mature stage, and promote the sustainabledevelopment of teachers, will help mature teachers to expert teachers, so as to ensureand improve school education quality, promote the growth and development of students.Professional developmentIn this study, through literature review to obtain the theoretical basis, analyticalframework and research perspective.
