If the entire process of teacher professional development is look as a "straight","some time" in teachers' professional development is like the "line" on a "dot",or a "line".In fact,in every school faculty team,in the mature period of group occupies a large proportion of the teachers,this period is also a teacher's career "important turning point" and "golden development",To the education administrative department,schools,and even the teachers themselves,further study of mature group of teachers professional development has a profound significance.In this study a junior high school mature mathematics teachers' experience is defined in more than 10 years(contain),and they are the title of the primary school teachers in-service first-line teachers,through literature,questionnaire,visit observation,for the large area 51 junior high school in dongguan mature mathematics teachers in-depth study and analysis,ascertain such group of teachers professional development present situation,from the individual teacher,school,society and family common obstacles exist in the aspects,such as: low profession,the week of the professional development consciousness,the unfamiliar of esteemed curriculum standards with this discipline,subject knowledge and application ability is insufficient,lack of high education teaching research ability,teachers' work burden and pressure,harmonious working atmosphere is not enough,the lack of complete professional development system,school-based research and training become a mere formality,teacher's social status is not high,the family school cooperation is insufficient,lack of parental support,various work outside chores,and so on.Causes of these barriers include: the sense of strong,education teaching ability of teachers' occupational tiredness of low content,the lack of consciousness of reflection change,mature type of teacher's "double identities",the school management ignored,school-based research lack of research and experts and social factors,etc.In order to eliminate the secondary mature mathematics teachers' professional development obstacle,first of all,in terms of individual teacher,the teacher must make the purpuse of professional development clearly,promote the professionaldevelopment motivation,by strengthening the reflection and writing,reading,cultivate consciousness and habit of depth work;Secondly,the school should understand the needs of teachers,attach importance to the construction of the system,deepen the teaching,strengthen the research,and constantly improve the effectiveness of the school-based study.Finally,it is necessary to create the correct public opinion orientation in the social environment,strengthen the communication and cooperation of the school,and create a good external environment for the professional development of teachers.
